As of July 2019, Prairie Property Management has added a maintenance division to their company. Currently the company offers property management services including:

  • Screening, Educating, & Placing Tenants

Previously, the company would contract out maintenance. Now, with its’ own maintenance division, the company hopes to offer streamlined maintenance solutions.

The new division is currently undergoing training and has started responding to maintenance requests.

The process for residents to file a maintenance request has not changed. Residents will still be able to submit a maintenance request via the resident portal.
